Ontario Grade 12 Students - University Acceptances

estherhong 2008-05-15 10:36:39

It is that time of year again. The final few weeks of of anxiety, nerves, and sleepless nights taking over grade twelve students throughout the province of Ontario. Within the next few weeks, they will finally hear answers from their schools - know whether or not they have been accepted or rejected to their school of choice and program.

It's a stressful time of year but also one of the most unique experiences that any teenager can go through. To make such an important decision at such a young age might be intimidating and scary - but this is perfect preparation for the greater decisions one will have to make further down the road.

Students - be patient, stay calm, and if you don't get accepted to your #1 pick, it is not the end of the world. Explore and be open to other options and take this time to really research which school will be the greatest fit for you.

Visit campuses - it's not too late. Talk to current students, professors, alumnis - they're always helpful. Be wise with your decision and make sure you don't regret it.
