Women’s Age Sparks Thought

Los Angeles- A blessing of tremendous proportion was met and completed after Gertrude Baines reached 115 years old as of April 6, 2009. This if you haven’t already guessed it this a wonderful feat these days as individuals do not always live their lives with accordance to the Lords master plans. Topping the charts at 115 that made Baines the oldest person currently living in the world, now to me that speaks volumes, innocent people parish everyday and some never make it past 18 years of age, but this individual found a way to secure herself for an entire Century and some. Baines lived by the strict rules of the Lord no drinking, no smoking and no fooling around, now those are some words to live by. I write this article for a particular reason we all have elders that have seen it all and have done it all, but have they done it all in this day and age. Baines has seen it all. She was a healthy vibrant woman that smiled and enjoyed each day of her life. She ended up spending 9 years of her elder life living in the comfort of a Convalescent Hospital where each employee treated like a queen. Due to her age obviously she was heart broken many times through life as she outlived each one of her family member’s one by one. This woman outlived her whole family so think whose going to be there now that she has reached her peak and its now her time to go, I hope it’s the same people that surrounded her with love everyday she walked this earth deceased or otherwise. Baines kept her title for approximately nine months before passing this incredible blessing to another individual 114 year old Kama Chinen of Japan. Think? The issues you create today may effect the issues you will have later, cleanse those systems and stay pure we all want to go out in style like Gertrude Baines.
