The Solution to the Greek Problem

A couple of company results missing expectations and a general feeling of "what next?" has pushed equities down a little. Corporate bond spreads feel little changed, as is the ITRX index. New
issue plans include a 7yr Euro from Godmans. In the latest
Greek news- Germany has apparently suggested Greece sells some
of it's islands if it wants to repay its debt- and Greece has
responded by asking Germany to repay all the gold it stole
during World War 2. Good luck with those ideas chaps. Good to
know the fate of European economies is in the hands of such
mature, professional people.Of course,we mustn't forget it's
all the fault of those nasty "speculators" anyway. Consumer and
business confidence figures to come with markets looking for a
reason to go better again.. Happy Tuesday.
